Cochlear implants is a small electronic device that help a person sense a sound. This is for a person who is either profoundly deaf or severely hard of hearing. It could be harmful to a person who isn't profoundly deaf or severely hard of hearing.The implant consists of an external portion that sits behind the ear and a second portion that is surgically placed under the skin. I agree about cochlear implant. your writing is awesome and the youtube was very good. we surely need save deaf children from getting implant until they are 18.
